The Wolff Seam Cutter Linocut is used for cutting perfect seams for all elastic floor coverings and needled felt.
- For resilient and needle punch floor coverings.
- Cuts straight without a straight edge.
- Cuts from wall to wall.
- Two blades cut in both directions.
- Cuts the top edge and uses the bottom edge as a guide.
- For use on material placed onto wet adhesive.
- Seam depth can be adjusted.
